What does a new pool cost?
There is no set answer to this question because every pool is uniquely sized and custom to your needs. As a custom design build company, our basic pool projects starts at $70,000 and go up from there.
What variables affect pool cost?
The materials you choose can have an impact on the construction costs. Adding on extras like spas, outdoor living areas, and large decking areas will also change the costs. If your yard has tight access and we have to bring in smaller equipment to dig, that will increase the amount of time we spend and also increase your costs. One thing that never changes is we do the same structure and gunite thickness regardless of your budget.
